Hibiki Traditional Music provides online traditionalese music education, instrument sales, event booking services, and media licensing. Our services include but are not limited to koto, shamisen, taiko, and gagaku lessons, handcrafted instrument sales, performance bookings, and audio licensing for commercial use.
To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Payment for lessons, instruments, and services is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy outlined in these terms.
Students must attend scheduled lessons or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Missed lessons without proper notice may not be rescheduled or refunded. We reserve the right to cancel lessons due to instructor availability or technical issues, in which case full refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
All instrument sales are final unless the instrument arrives damaged or significantly different from its description. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Custom-made instruments cannot be returned unless defective.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio recordings, and software, is the property of Hibiki Traditional Music or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
By submitting content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws. You may not transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Event bookings are subject to performer availability and must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date may incur cancellation fees. We are not responsible for venue-related issues or circumstances beyond our control that may affect performances.
Licensed audio content is provided for the specific use outlined in your licensing agreement. Unauthorized use, distribution, or modification of licensed content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All licensing agreements are separate contracts with specific terms and conditions.
Hibiki Traditional Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hibiki Traditional Music and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Tokyo.
